Paul O'Donnell
Paul has worked in the packaging and global sourcing industry for over 30 years and has been a business owner for more than 40 years. His extensive industry experience and understanding of the Australian market have been central to the growth and direction of Maxlon.
Through regular international travel, Paul has built a strong global supply chain network whilst managing both Maxlon and his former award-winning, multi-million dollar packaging business JMP Holdings (now JMP Retail), which he sold to the San Miguel Corporation in 2019.
Paul continues to work closely with overseas manufacturers to develop innovative, sustainably focused packaging products, with a continued commitment to ethical sourcing, quality, and environmental responsibility.
